Richard White is a leading speaker, trainer, coach and mentor specialising in sales effectiveness for non-sales people. Richard fell into sales more than 10 years ago when he landed a job running a business unit within a medium sized IT consultancy. That was the day he discovered that business development meant selling! Richard wanted to succeed in his role and yet he could not bring himself to use the tactics that they were teaching him on the training courses he attended.

Richard used a combination of his MBA from one of Europe’s top business schools and his considerable training in NLP to discover how to sell and manage sales in a way that makes selling easier for busy consultants and that also fits within his values driven approach to business.
