This is so good! – I’m starting a business of my own, but also work part time taking orders in a cafe. I’m going to become really REALLY good at sales because I want my business to work, need all the help I can get and can’t afford too many mistakes. I”m now using the job to practice selling (as well as to pay bills and eat). This recording is really great stuff which I’ll be testing out over the next week. My boss is ecstatic at the sudden surge in upselling. Very puzzled at my sudden determination to move slow lines, yes, but also ecstatic …
