This is a very, very, very useful document!! Exactly what I needed, a real boost to my confidence! The only (very picky) comment I have to make is that there are quite a number of missing or extra words in the document, along with some typos… I wouldn’t normally mention it but the errors make the document difficult to read in parts. Otherwise, thanks very much, keep up the brilliant work!!- best US$65.00 I’ve ever spent!!

This was a transcript of the audio. My spelling is awful so I go a professional to do the transcription! I guess it is hard to check your own work! I will get a proof reader to check them all over

I am realy finding it hard to get out there and find new customrs. My manager is pushing hard to increase sales, no easy at the moment. I have found your site and tools now to get to it. Thanks
