I believe that what you are referring to is “company philosophy”. The management must make sure that their team share the same vision and philosophy as they do and reflect that during their every day activities in the office.
If one team member doesn’t share the same vision, then I believe that this person shouldn’t work there as they can be a risk, as shown in your example above, to losing clients and in some cases, even infect other employees with their no-good attitude. I’ve seen it happen.
